Reports are visible even though security says they shouldn't be

I am having a difficult time managing report visibility through SSRS 2008, and was hoping to get some constructive feedback on what I may be doing wrong.

I would like to set up a folder that only I have access to.  No other use should be able to see that the folder exists, or access any of its contents.  So I have created a folder called Ben's Folder.

I went into the security of Ben's Folder, and I added a new Role assignment.  I entered my username (ben.haynie), and I granted myself all of the rights and privileges available.  I then selected every other user listed under security, and deleted them.  So I am the only user that is listed under the security section of this folder.

I then added a new report under the folder.  It inherited all of the rights of the folder, so I should be the only one that can access this folder.

Next, I used Remote Desktop to log into another machine on our network, and logged in using a different username/password.  I browsed to SSRS, and sure enough, I could see my folder there.  I could also open the folder and browse the contents.  When I tried to open the report, it would not let me.  However, I would like to limit it so that other users can't even see the folder, let alone browse its contents.

Based on what I have searched out using Google, I believe the folder shouldn't be visible to other users.  What am I doing wrong?

Eventually, I need to get this working so that when using the SSRS Webservices (ReportingService2010) that when I pull back reports and folders that it doesn't show folders and reports the user doesn't have rights to browse to.  But I think this is all connected to that.

Thank you for any help you can offer.

Ben
