SSRS 2005 w/ Sharepoint Integration - Column widths when exporting to Excel

I have a report published to Sharepoint and then have a subscription sending it out from there in excel format, along with on demand viewing.

The report is set to legal size, landscape, with specific margins.  All of those settings transferred to excel just fine.  However my column widths don't seem to be following.  My first result was a lot of wrapping (good) but still one column hanging over, resulting in the double the number of printed pages from excel.  As I try shortening the widths in designer and re-exporting, the result seems to just be that none of my cells are wrapping in excel anymore, and while I have some more white space on the right, I'm not able to get the right most column to be on the same page.

It's very easy to simply choose to fit to one page wide when printing, but ya know...
