SSRS - Error while Deploying the Report in Reporting Services

Hi All, 

       I  m trying to deploying a Report in Reporting Services using SSRS. i m working on

 Wndows Xp and My Reporting Services is Running But even though i m getting below error.

"The report server is not responding. Verify that the report server is running and can be accessed from this computer".

I tried all this provided in

But Still i m not able to fix the error .

How can i fix this error.. Plz help me on this ...
