How to draw below mentioned graph in SSRS 2008?

Hi All,

I want to draw below mentioned thing in SSRS 2008 R2, what type of chart should I use? 

As per my initial investigation this can be achieved using stacked bar graph. But then how to label things and can we separate two regions from each other, as shown in figure?
