Slow reports in sharepoint

Hi,

I have some SSRS (SQL Server 2008r2) reports uploaded into sharepoint 2010.I am facing a performace problem when i run the report after some hours of idle time. The normal time of report execution is few seconds.but it is taking around 5 minute in moring first run,if is execute the report. What may be the reason.I have heard that, there is a sharepoint cache, that will make multiple call for data, metadata, etc for the first run. So,second time it will reuse that.Is that right? If yes,any way to keep that sharepoint cache as it is?

The report is faster every time in Report manager. The report contains around 15 columns, one drill down, one HTML interprter placeholder.
